The water calibration and test facility has a flow range from 1 to 40 000 l/h with ± 0.1% accuracy. The facility is fully automated for long-term and repeated test cycles. The water flow calibration and test facility enables us to verify the performance of our customers’ liquid flow meters. It also considerably facilitates the design of new prototypes, electronics and software. The calibration facility has 4 main sections: Flow control section with both fall tank and pump mode. Temperature control section with heating equipment for 20 - 90°C. Three 11-metre test sections where both static and dynamic installation effects can be tested. Reference flow determination using high-accuracy continuous weighing technology. The performance of the water calibration and test facility: Total accuracy ± 0.1 % of measured value with 95% confidence level. Flow range from 1 to 40 000 l/h. Temperatures between 20 and 90°C. Fully automated.
